Because each of the products that we make are natural, they can be affected by extreme temperatures. If you receive a product that has been damaged or denatured in transit, please let us know via email, and include a photo for reference.
We will get you a replacement of the item for no added shipping cost to you; however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your returned item(s) to our facility. Due to the natural and personal usage of our products, unfortunately we cannot offer any cash refunds or exchanges for A. Seyyah products.
